'Safety in Action!'
DeckCoach Training Services was founded in 2006 by Swim Coach, now retired Aquatics Director, and entrepreneur, Erin Estes. While managing aquatic facilities, Estes always believed that the PRIDE of a swim team creates the heart of an aquatic facility.  She attributes her repeated success in managing facilities to holding this core belief.

While managing aquatic facility operations and Coaching, the task of developing competitive swimmers, running seasoned swimmers and training new assistant coaches had to be streamlined.  The idea for creating coaching tools originated from the need to be ready to conduct quality competitive swim practices with only minutes to organize.

Coach Estes attention to detail and knowledge of how to develop age group swimmers into highly competitive athletes and to develop new young coaches has been driven by her passion to teach and get results.

Coach Estes coached all age groups and has successfully trained swimmers to compete at the State, Far Western and Sectional qualifying levels.

Coach Erin lives in Northern Arizona on Oak Creek. She and her husband travel often to Astoria Oregon where stay on their 28 ft. Cabin Cruiser the “Reel Estate”.  While in Astoria the Estes fish for sturgeon and salmon on the Columbia River and can typically be found painting, scraping or fixing their rental properties or their boat.  O.K. the boat, painting, scraping and fixing ... the boat.

Estes is an past  member of the Arizona Swimming Age Group committee and Spirit Camp coach for Arizona Swimming.
