If you request an instructor to travel
outside the Verde Valley area the following will help you budget.
Expenses are reimbursed to DeckCoach training
services. DeckCoach training services makes all travel arrangements
… so you don’t have to. Cost of expenses will be invoiced and
are due to the instructor the first day of class. Expenses
costs can be invoiced to you and paid with a credit card.
Class minimums must be met and/or head count paid for.
Training facility w/ DVD player & white board provided at no charge to instructor.
Hotel accommodation
Priceline.com used for best rates. Average $89 -$100 per night – only 3 to 4 star.
Mileage
Federal rate for all travel outside the Greater Verde Valley (AZ) area.
Car Rental
Priceline/Hotwire or Orbitz used for best deal. Average cost $30 per day.
Air Fare
With advanced booking air fare can be substantially reduced.
Air fare reimbursed at cost.
